Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, leaves, promotions, terminations)
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Coordinate training programs and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, PP No. 78/2015)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
