Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) for premium clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and retention
- Master complex product ecosystems through our immersive training programs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Document customer insights to drive product and service improvements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Contribute to knowledge base refinement and service protocol updates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in premium customer service or VIP account management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional written/verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with emotional intelligence
- Industry certification in customer experience (CX) preferred
- Native-level Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required
- Experience in SaaS or fintech environments highly valued
