Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via chat, email, and phone with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Proactively upsell premium services during high-value customer conversations
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues within SLA
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for continuous improvement
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Monitor customer feedback channels to identify emerging trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or tech support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and patience
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Certification in customer service management is a plus
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and troubleshooting
