Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming guests warmly and providing an exceptional first impression.
- Presenting menus and accurately taking orders while making recommendations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.
- Handling point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and processing payments.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with a professional demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
