Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with high accuracy.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system (Salesforce/Salesmate).
- Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Indonesian and Business English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets.
