Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining SLA standards
- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service enhancement opportunities
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in tech/ecommerce
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken)
- Proficient with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Certificate in customer relationship management preferred
- Proven ability to de-escalate challenging situations diplomatically
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable mindset for evolving product landscapes
