Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming customer requests via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on first-contact resolution and high satisfaction ratings.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate teams while keeping the customer informed.

Kualifikasi

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Native or professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong conversational/technical English.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
