Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Proactively upsell relevant products/services based on customer needs
- Continuously update product knowledge through training materials and team workshops
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring customer pain points
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Exceptional Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Calm demeanor under pressure with proven conflict resolution abilities
- Basic English proficiency for international customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
