Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data confidentiality
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
  • Proactively upsell relevant products/services based on customer needs
  • Continuously update product knowledge through training materials and team workshops
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring customer pain points

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
  • Exceptional Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Calm demeanor under pressure with proven conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic English proficiency for international customer interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
