  • Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain product expertise across 15+ service offerings
  • Contribute to monthly team performance targets and quality metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Certification in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
  • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and multi-channel support
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in previous roles
