Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge base tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved cases within SLA timelines
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain product expertise across 15+ service offerings
- Contribute to monthly team performance targets and quality metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Certification in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and multi-channel support
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in previous roles
