Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT >90%)
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional certification in customer service (optional)
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting
