Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction target
- Resolve technical product issues and billing discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Proactively upsell relevant products based on customer needs and purchase history
- Maintain 100% compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Certificate in Customer Service Management or related field preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
