Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% resolution rate
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new services to existing clients
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and sentiment analysis
- Contribute to process improvements through regular team workshops
- Maintain 20+ daily productivity metrics while ensuring quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or support roles
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Certification in customer service management (e.g., CCXP) is advantageous
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong understanding of Indonesian consumer protection regulations
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries preferred
