Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system with precise details
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain deep product knowledge through continuous training
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Professional communication style and patience
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
