Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service level agreements
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues and enhance service quality
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive product expertise across our service portfolio
- Contribute to team performance metrics including CSAT and first-contact resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Exceptional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling escalated situations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance targets
- Relevant certification in customer service management is advantageous
- Valid work authorization for Indonesia
