- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining SLA compliance
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with product teams to document feedback and improve service quality
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Mentor new team members on service protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years experience in B2B/B2C customer service with tech industry preference
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in Zendesk/Salesforce with analytical mindset
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
