Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic service gaps
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert-level support
- Exceed performance metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Certification in customer service methodologies (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
