Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management for executives
- Coordinate internal communications and maintain digital filing systems
- Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
- Assist in vendor management and contract renewals
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and performance metrics
- Organize company events and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification is a plus
