Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Handle confidential documentation with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Oversee digital filing systems ensuring data security and accessibility
- Prepare executive reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality practices
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certification in office management (optional)
