Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain office systems and procedures including filing, record management, and document control
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive calendars with precision
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for office supplies
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Support HR functions including onboarding, payroll assistance, and compliance
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (S1 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative or office management roles
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is advantageous
