Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent
- Administer employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, letters, KPIs, and disciplinary actions)
- Coordinate training programs and performance management initiatives
- Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and company policies
- Develop HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
