Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate development programs
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate insightful reports
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, or Management (HR focus)
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (PP 78/2015)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
