Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and correspondence
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) with strict confidentiality
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Secretary or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Professional demeanor and confidentiality ethics
- Experience handling confidential information preferred
