Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative library services aligned with national literacy standards
- Manage digital archives and metadata systems using IFLA-compliant frameworks
- Lead reference services and information literacy programs for diverse stakeholders
- Oversee collection development policies and preservation of rare manuscripts
- Coordinate with educational institutions for research collaboration initiatives
- Maintain library management systems and implement technological upgrades
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Library Science or Information Management (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in academic/national library environments
- Expertise in cataloging standards (RDA, AACR2) and digital preservation
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., KOHA, Evergreen)
- Strong analytical skills for collection development and usage analysis
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral/written)
- Certification in Digital Archiving or Library Management (advantageous)
