Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision (espresso, pour-over, latte art)
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service
- Maintain immaculate cafe cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management of coffee beans and supplies
- Participate in daily cafe operations during peak hours
- Train junior staff on brewing techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert-level latte art skills required
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic Indonesian and English communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food safety certification preferred
