Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations, including procurement, inventory control, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive schedules with precision
- Oversee document management systems ensuring compliance and accessibility
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate training programs
- Analyze administrative workflows to implement efficiency improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in process optimization
