Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure solutions
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Develop IT policies and security protocols to ensure system integrity

- Mentor junior IT staff through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or relevant cloud technologies
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
