Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local labor laws
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize development programs
- Prepare HR reports for leadership decision-making
- Manage HRIS system data integrity and reporting
- Ensure compliance with BPJS and other statutory requirements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR operations role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
