Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and network infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct security audits
- Provide remote/on-site technical support to enterprise clients
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Mentor junior IT staff and optimize support workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Informatika/IT dengan minimal 3 tahun pengalaman terkait
- Sertifikasi CompTIA A+/Network+ atau Microsoft 365
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang virtualisasi (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Bahasa Inggris profesional untuk dokumentasi dan komunikasi klien
- Kemampuan troubleshooting sistem jaringan yang canggih
- Pengalaman manajemen helpdesk ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira)
- Pengetahuan ITIL framework dan best practices
