Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring presentation standards are met at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a clean, organized service station.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physical stamina required to stand and walk for long periods.
