- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Spearhead SEO/SEM initiatives to boost organic traffic and qualified leads
- Oversee content creation and brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for integrated go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior marketing professionals to foster team growth
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record managing end-to-end marketing campaigns in B2C/B2B
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capability
- Exceptional leadership with experience managing 5+ person teams
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Portfolio showcasing successful campaign results and brand growth
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred
