Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and performance channels
- Analyze campaign metrics and ROI to optimize budget allocation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and visual assets
- Manage brand communications and community engagement across platforms
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign success
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and performance advertising
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior and digital trends
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
