Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- Provide first-line support for hardware/software issues via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Implement security protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Deploy and manage network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
