Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data literacy
- Stay updated with industry advancements and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python/R with expertise in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
