Tanggung Jawab
- Menu Engineering: Design and curate innovative menus that align with brand identity while maximizing profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring workflows are optimized and efficient.
- Cost Control: Manage inventory, reduce food waste, and strictly control operational costs to maintain healthy margins.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- HACCP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Culinary Execution: Ensure consistent food quality and presentation for every guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably within high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Education: Culinary degree or professional certification from a recognized institution.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large kitchen teams and coordinating with front-of-house staff.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of Indonesian and International cuisine, as well as strong recipe development capabilities.
- Language: Fluency in English is highly preferred.
