Tanggung Jawab
- Manage 50+ daily customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex technical issues with 90% first-contact resolution rate
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with precision
- Identify upsell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Contribute to monthly improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced proficiency with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certificate in Customer Service Management preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain composure under high-volume scenarios
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM)
