In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every cup of coffee is crafted to perfection while providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to Brew & Bloom standards.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and rotating supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a professional Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- High attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
