Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Create user-centered designs for mobile/web applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ end-to-end design projects with measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written/spoken)
