Tanggung Jawab
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create detailed user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with pixel-perfect attention to detail
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Establish and maintain design systems for consistent brand experiences
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and optimize designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (3+ years experience)
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ projects with process documentation
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
