Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat in Indonesian and English.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
  • Conduct user training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our products.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical risks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Indonesian (B2+ level in English is highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight SLA deadlines.
