Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat in Indonesian and English.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
- Conduct user training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our products.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical risks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Indonesian (B2+ level in English is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office software.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight SLA deadlines.
