Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, ensuring 99.9% uptime and optimal performance
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Deploy cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure configurations
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Perform disaster recovery testing and backup system optimization
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline maintenance
- Document IT infrastructure and create technical SOPs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (3+ years experience acceptable)
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
