Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations of 20+ team members across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 20% quarterly
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and safety protocols
- Train and develop team members through skill-building workshops and mentorship
- Monitor KPIs including output efficiency, defect rates, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with maintenance department for equipment optimization and preventive scheduling
- Prepare weekly performance reports and improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing supervision with 2+ years in leadership
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ productivity improvements
