Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across assigned locations (Jakarta, Surabaya, Solo, Jogja, Malang, or Remote)
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance targets
- Implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in operational roles
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid settings
- Certification in Project Management or Operations is a plus
