Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of 15+ team members across multiple shifts
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Resolve escalated customer issues with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless workflows
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in operational roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Certified in Lean Management or Six Sigma preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
