Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and budgets
- Analyze financial performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Lead month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls
- Mentor junior staff on financial best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years experience
- Professional certification (S1 Akuntansi, AK, atau BKP)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian financial regulations
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
