Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Develop IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Lead digital transformation projects while aligning with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology procurement processes
- Provide expert technical guidance to resolve complex system issues
- Establish IT security protocols and disaster recovery procedures
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization, and network security
- Strong project management skills with PMP/ITIL certification
- Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale IT solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
