Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and optimize enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Develop IT strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects for system integration and digital transformation
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Mentor IT staff and conduct technical training programs
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity, and system integration
- Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred
- Proven experience leading technical teams and complex projects
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with ITIL framework and service management best practices
