Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across software, hardware, and network systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and updates
- Monitor support ticket systems to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Conduct periodic system audits to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Train and mentor junior support specialists on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to report recurring issues and suggest enhancements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or related field (3+ years experience)
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work under pressure with exceptional time management skills
