Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for web/mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
