Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize complex Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, LLM).
- Lead the architecture design for scalable AI systems and infrastructure.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and integrate novel techniques into production systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and algorithm design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
