Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI) with precision and patient comfort prioritization
- Ensure proper radiation safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with radiologists to optimize image quality for accurate diagnoses
- Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation
- Train junior radiographers on advanced imaging techniques
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCI and national healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 Radiography/Diagnostic Medical Imaging degree (S.Ked Rad)
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) Radiografer active
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospital radiology department
- Expertise in X-ray, CT Scan, and MRI modalities
- CPR certification and radiation safety training
- Strong attention to detail and patient communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in radiology information systems (RIS/PACS)
